Deutz-Fahr Expands 5 Keyline Tractor Range with New 5115 and 5125 Models to Strengthen Mid-Power Utility Segment

Deutz-Fahr has expanded its 5 Keyline tractor range with the introduction of the new 5115 Keyline and 5125 Keyline models, delivering 115 HP and 125 HP respectively and reinforcing its positioning in the utility mid-power segment. The Deutz-Fahr 5 Keyline series now covers a broader spectrum within the 75–126 HP range, targeting versatile farm applications with a strong value-for-money proposition.

The new 5115 Keyline and 5125 Keyline models are powered by FARMotion 45 four-cylinder Stage V engines, designed specifically for agricultural use, offering optimized torque delivery and fuel efficiency across a wide range of operations. The platform maintains a modular architecture, with transmission options up to 40+40 speeds, PowerShuttle, and optional powershift, ensuring adaptability to different field and transport tasks.

From a product standpoint, the 5 Keyline tractors are positioned as multi-purpose utility machines, combining mechanical simplicity with selected comfort and performance features such as a four-pillar cab, advanced hydraulics, and up to 5,400 kg rear lift capacity.

Strategically, the addition of the 5115 and 5125 models allows Deutz-Fahr to better cover the critical 100–130 HP segment, where demand is driven by mixed farming operations requiring versatility, cost efficiency, and reliability rather than high-end technology.

Bottom line
Deutz-Fahr is strengthening its presence in the mid-power tractor segment by extending the 5 Keyline range upward. The move reflects a key market dynamic: growth in the 100–130 HP category is increasingly driven by versatile, cost-efficient tractors that balance performance with affordability rather than premium features.
