TAFE, founded in 1960 and headquartered in Chennai, India, is the world’s third-largest tractor manufacturer by volume and the second largest in India after Mahindra. The company acquired the IMT brand (Industrija Mašina i Traktora) of Serbia in 2018, rebranding it under its portfolio as IMT–TAFE to expand in Europe and emerging markets.
