The enhancement builds on the company’s established bale transport platform, which already eliminates the need for traditional tie-down straps through its patented hydraulic load-securing system. Rather than launching a completely new trailer, Fliegl has focused on increasing productivity by optimising one of the most time-consuming operations in forage logistics.
The upgraded system allows two bales to be transferred onto the trailer in a single loading cycle, increasing throughput during intensive baling campaigns. Combined with Fliegl’s hydraulic side-wing load securing, operators can complete loading more quickly while maintaining safe transport without manual strapping. The concept is particularly attractive for contractors and large livestock farms, where hundreds or even thousands of bales must be collected within short weather windows.
