The RD9 offers an 8.70-metre working width, is equipped with 115 replaceable discs and requires approximately 180 hp, targeting high-output shallow tillage and seedbed preparation. One of its distinguishing features is an adjustable counterweight system, allowing operators to vary the implement’s weight according to soil conditions and required working depth without major setup time. The combination of adjustable ground pressure, compact transport dimensions and replaceable wearing components is designed to improve operational flexibility while maintaining low operating costs per hectare. The implement is intended for rapid shallow cultivation, residue management and mechanical weed control, including the removal of herbicide-resistant weeds, making it suitable for a wide range of Argentine field conditions.
