Evers Agro Expands Toric Mono 30-900 with Integrated Drag-Hose System and Digital Slurry Application Monitoring

Evers Agro has introduced a new integrated drag-hose configuration for its Toric Mono 30-900 slurry injector, extending the operational capabilities of the existing 9-metre platform. The Dutch manufacturer has combined its single-row disc injection system with ISOBUS controls, AUX-N functionality and real-time application monitoring to improve operator control during slurry spreading. The new configuration incorporates a hose-handling concept previously used on the company’s Quadro Disc 48-900, allowing Evers Agro to extend an established technical solution to another part of its slurry application portfolio.

The Toric Mono 30-900 uses a single row of angled discs to open the soil before slurry is injected and subsequently covered by trailing tines. This arrangement is designed to limit soil disturbance and support slurry incorporation, including on heavy clay soils and under relatively dry conditions. The integrated flowmeter continuously measures slurry throughput and combines this information with forward speed to calculate the application rate in cubic metres per hectare. ISOBUS and AUX-N integration allow frequently used functions to be assigned to compatible tractor controls, reducing the need for operators to navigate multiple display menus. The new configuration weighs approximately 3,450 kg, including the hose-handling arm.

The development reflects increasing attention to operational efficiency and application monitoring in the slurry equipment sector. By combining a relatively lightweight injection system with integrated hose handling and digital controls, Evers Agro is targeting applications where soil conditions, tractor requirements and accurate nutrient placement are important operating considerations. The first machines are available following several seasons of field use, with the configuration being presented during the Evers Bemesterdagen in Almelo on 5–6 November 2026. Rather than replacing the existing Toric Mono architecture, the new version broadens its application flexibility and strengthens the manufacturer’s offering for professional slurry contractors and arable farming operations.

Bottom Line

The new Toric Mono 30-900 configuration illustrates how slurry equipment manufacturers are combining established mechanical injection technologies with improved digital monitoring and operator interfaces. For Evers Agro, the integration of drag-hose handling, ISOBUS controls and real-time application data represents an incremental but commercially relevant product upgrade, addressing growing demand for efficient nutrient application and greater operational control.
